A basic diagnostic (always free) is a quick visual and functional check to identify the obvious issue and give you a firm price. If you decide not to repair after a full diagnostic, a small flat fee may apply, and we'll always tell you that price before we run it.
The basic diagnostic is always free. If we can't repair it, or you decide not to proceed after that, you pay nothing.
We never access personal files during a repair. We recommend backing up beforehand, just in case. See our customer rights & policies page for more on how we handle your data.
