What does the warranty cover?+

Every repair is covered for up to 180 days on both parts and labor, depending on the repair — ask in store for exact terms. If the same issue returns within that window, we fix it at no charge.

How long does a repair take?+

Most screen and battery jobs finish in under two hours. Water damage and data recovery can take 24–48 hours.

Do you come to me?+

Yes — anywhere in the Seattle area, home or office. Mobile visits include a small convenience fee, always confirmed upfront before you book.

What's the difference between a basic and a full diagnostic?+

A basic diagnostic (always free) is a quick visual and functional check to identify the obvious issue and give you a firm price. A full diagnostic is a deeper hardware and software test — it's free if you go ahead with the repair. If you decide not to repair after a full diagnostic, a small flat fee may apply, and we'll always tell you that price before we run it.

What if you can't fix it?+

The basic diagnostic is always free. If we can't repair it, or you decide not to proceed after that, you pay nothing.

Is my data safe?+

We never access personal files during a repair. We recommend backing up beforehand, just in case. See our customer rights & policies page for more on how we handle your data.

How do I pay?+

Cash, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, or card — due when the repair is complete.

How much will my repair cost?+

We keep our rates competitive with other professional Seattle shops, and every job uses trained technicians with professional-grade tools and quality parts. We don't publish per-repair prices online since your exact cost depends on the model and the actual issue — you'll get a firm price after your free basic diagnostic, before we touch your device.

Do I have any legal rights I should know about?+

Yes — as a Washington customer you're covered by state and federal consumer protection laws, including the Washington Right to Repair Act and the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. See our customer rights & store policies page for the full breakdown.
