DaniFix store policies

• Free basic diagnostic, always. We inspect your device and quote a firm, competitive price before any repair begins — you approve it first.
• Full diagnostic. A deeper hardware/software diagnostic is free when you proceed with the repair. If you decide not to repair after a full diagnostic, a small flat fee may apply and is always disclosed before we run it.
• Warranty of up to 180 days on parts and labor, depending on the repair completed — ask us for the exact terms. If the same issue returns within that window, we fix it at no charge.
• Independent repair shop. DaniFix is not affiliated with or authorized by Apple, Samsung, Google, or any other original device manufacturer, unless stated otherwise for a specific service.
• Parts disclosure. We'll tell you before the repair whether we're using an original/OEM part or a quality aftermarket equivalent, so you can decide how to proceed.
• Cancellation. You can cancel or decline a quoted repair at any point before we begin work, at no charge. Once a repair is completed and parts are installed, it generally can't be reversed or refunded, except as required by law or covered by our warranty.
• Payment. Cash, Zelle, or card, due when the repair is complete.
• Mobile visits may include a small convenience fee, confirmed upfront before you book — never added as a surprise when you pay.

Privacy during a repair

We do not browse, copy, or access your personal files, photos, or accounts during a repair. We recommend backing up your device before service whenever possible, especially for water damage or data recovery jobs. Any information you share with us for booking (name, phone, email, device details) is used only to schedule and complete your repair, and is never sold to third parties.
